Troy joins Kinsley Sarn as the Vice President of Business Development responsible for leading new business strategy and growth out of the Indianapolis Office. He has spent his career in sales and sales management roles spanning multiple industries and multiple markets across the country. Troy has built a career on being able to solve complex sales opportunities and leading sales teams that have grown revenues year over year. Using a customer centric approach and high business acumen, Troy is a proven sales leader who knows how move the needle for the organizations he has partnered with throughout his career.
Born and raised in Southern Wisconsin, Troy graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing. After graduation he started in his sales career with the Indiana Pacers he quickly developing a passion for the sales industry. During his short time with the Organization he moved from an entry level sales position to managing his own sales team. Following his success in Indianapolis, he took an opportunity to join the sales team with the Dallas Cowboys. Prior to joining Kinsley Sarn, Troy held an executive position with a healthcare organization leading a sales team to revenues exceeding $100M Annually.
Troy and his wife, Kari, reside in Zionsville, Indiana with their two kids.
