Heather had a broad career within Human Resources that spanned almost 10 years designing, implementing, and refining programs and processes focused on attracting, retaining, and motivating her customers inside companies like Fairfield Manufacturing and Great Lakes Chemical. She rejoined Rick and Jon at Kinsley Sarn in 2007 as Executive Recruiter. In this role, she contributes to the overall success of the company by sourcing, assessing, and following through with top talent in the marketplace.
Heather’s specialization includes recruiting senior managers and directors across a broad range of industry sectors and functional areas including Operations, R&D, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources. Her high touch and collaborative approach with candidates makes her an invaluable partner throughout the search process. Her expertise in all aspects of the search process enables her to add significant value; her people skills, tenacity and drive are a true differentiator.
Heather graduated from Indiana University with a BA in Political Science, Public and Environmental Affairs. She resides in West Lafayette, Indiana with her husband and two sons.
